In depth

Verdict

Jim Old's Mrs Fawlty won her maiden hurdle here last month in good fashion, staying on well to beat She's On The Case, before struggling in a handicap at Sandown and she has to be considered under her penalty but a better bet looks to be another runner under an extra 5lbs, EVELLA, who gets the vote over Dermatologiste. Caroline Bailey's mare is relatively lightly raced under rules but does have plenty of experience between the flags and has run some decent races of late but she is inconsistent and may be best watched. Ferdy Murphy has his team in good order so his runner, Archdale Lady, has to be considered but she needs to step up on previous form to trouble the judge. Martin Keighley's Dhu Loch has shown winning point form but was well held when last seen under rules, while Vic Dartnall's Cuckoo Lane probably needs more time. Paul Webber's Here's The Key has only had three starts so far and she has to be respected but a better bet looks to be Neil King's Evella, who was still there with every chance before falling two out at Southwell last time and she can make amends here.
