Verdict

MISS OVERDRIVE is taken to get her head in front at the main expense of Alegralil and Jenny's Gold. The selection was a winner on her debut at Southwell before being well held in a Listed contest at Aintree. She probably needed the run when disappointing last time out and she looks a good bet to get her head in front on her debut over hurdles. Alegralil has won two out of two so far and her trainer believes she could be quite useful. She is sure to have been well-schooled for this her hurdling debut and she is respected. Jenny's Gold is another who has progressed steadily in bumpers and she looks the type who should make into a smart hurdler. Venetia Williams sends both Utern and Guydus to post here and the market may be a guide to their respective chances. However, there are some smart prospects in opposition here and the vote goes the way of Miss Overdrive.
