Runaway Bishop is bound to be popular with backers but has been beaten off today's mark in each of his last two starts and preference is for Rudi Knight, who gets the vote over Blunham Hill. The selection would not have an obvious chance on recent form but that has been over hurdles and the Venetia Williams-trained gelding reverts to chasing off what looks a favourable mark. Blunham Hill, a winner of a beginners' chase here in March would have claims if fit enough for his reappearance but a bigger threat is likely to come from Runaway Bishop, especially know that his stable is beginning to hit form. However, as we have said, the nine-year-old does not appear to be particularly well treated at present. Rob Dickin's Maybeseven goes well here and has to be respected off his light weight. He makes more appeal that Point of Origin who has failed to complete in all three starts since winning at Huntingdon in January. The vote though goes to Rudi Knight who is taken to make the most of his current chase mark.
