Verdict

A wide open contest rounds off the card and many would have chances on their best form but the principals look to be Calomeria,, Changing Gear and Island of Memories and the vote is given to Calomeria. The selection won with plenty in hand last time out when beating Dance Hill Diva. Granted this looks tougher but she looks a progressive type and under conditions that suit she will be hard to beat. Changing Gear rates the main danger on his latest second behind Lord Baskerville but looks to gave plenty of weight for what he has actually achived and is opposable on that basis. Island Of Memories is another that could go well as he won well last time when beating Lyon. However that was on heavy ground and this faster surface has to be of concern. Of the remainder Najca De Thaix is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but Colmeria sets a fair standard and will be hard to beat.
