In depth

Verdict

Apache Drums ran well when runner-up to Beau Michael on heavy ground at Navan and Nina Carberry will ensure he's thereabouts. ALL ABOUT ALFIE was having only his sixth start when beating Sheila's Wish at the Curragh and with further progress likely he can defy a 6lb rise and take this for the Foley family. Hangar Five is still a maiden after 22 starts which is a surprise as he has performed with credit on several occasions. Katie Walsh is on board and Pat Flynn's charge can get into the mix. Lady Imola scored over this trip on fast ground at Tramore and her next two runs have been over 2m. She'll be suited by a strong gallop, which appears likely, and Pauline Ryan is a very competent amateur pilot.
