In depth

Verdict

Ruby Walsh riding for Tony Martin generally sends the bookies running for cover and if Our Sox can replicate his performance when scoring over the track and trip in July he'd be difficult to beat, even off a 7lb higher mark. Icantsay is running well and probably came up against a smart performer when runner-up to Boris De Blae in a Listowel maiden so he should get into contention. Troll D'oudairies has now had 14 starts over timber without winning though his best runs have been over this trip while Pilgrim Way arrives on the back of an impressive victory at Navan, though he's been hit with an 11lb rise. THE RITE ARTICLE had been running in bumpers before reverting to hurdles at Downpatrick and running easily his best race to date. He looks reasonably treated for his handicap debut and gets the vote.
