      Verdict

      Maiden winners Fishergate and Mr Chuckles make their handicap debuts and are preferred to the likes of Saturn Lace and Kumanavsumfun, placed in handicaps last time. Firesnake was well beaten when second in a maiden race at Wolverhampton and this looks between the top weights as they both bid for hat-tricks. Dutch Mist is up only 2lb for winning at Catterick last time but DARK DEFENDER (NAP) won a tougher nursery at York earlier this month. Dropping down a grade, he can shrug off a 4lb rise and go in again.
