Verdict

The returning Canford Bay has been placed on Turf and was in good form on Tapeta last year, though was behind last month’s Beverley runner-up Groundworker on one occasion and is worse off at the weights. Dangerous Lady should be monitored for any market support and Kingstreet Lady has been going well in minor contests. Laughton would have been a shoe-in on past form but has become disappointing. WINDFORPOWER is having the 130th race of his career but has won 16 times and is a pound lower than when third on his latest start on Turf – he is back on a fair mark.
