        Verdict

        STRONG STEPS has dropped 2lb since last week’s unlucky second at Ayr. Soft ground may not be ideal but Jim Goldie’s charge is probably the pick of the weights in this. Start Time won over course in 2015 when owned by Godolphin. He also handles a soft surface but has been largely confined to sprints since joining Paul Midgley. Zebulon has run well on two of the three previous occasions he’s tackled soft going and the grey was only beaten half-a-length off this mark at Catterick last week. Nuns Walk is consistent and can’t be ignored but this trip is probably too far for Toofi.
