        THANKSTOMONTY was taken out of his intended engagement at Ayr on Monday so we'll take the hint now he's been rerouted here by the in-form David O'Meara. The selection battled on stoutly to gain a first career success last time at Beverley and is expected to progress again off just a 2lb higher mark. Cases can be made for the likes of Sovereign Bounty, Stoneboat Bill and Multi Grain in an open handicap but Sands Chorus, despite his maiden status, could emerge as the leading danger off a feasible mark and on the back of creditable placed efforts the last twice.
