Verdict

Though failing to land the odds at York last month, NOMADIC EMPIRE was only beaten a neck and a combination of experience and a high draw can see him break his duck today. The dangers are likely to be among the newcomers with Equate a half-brother to useful miler Masaru. Dewey Road is speedily bred and a half-brother to five winners and Shark Two One is a half-brother to three winners up to 7f. But James Tate’s High Security may pose the biggest threat as he’s a brother to Well Done Fox, who twice in Listed company as a juvenile.
