Verdict

Mark Johnston won this with the smart Fire Fighting in 2013 and runs two. Bathos bids for a hat-trick off a 6lb higher mark for his latest success at Newmarket and Martini Time drops back down in class having finished down the field at Goodwood. HENRY THE EXPLORER was also set a stiff task in Listed company at Deauville last time and should be more at home in a handicap having found only subsequent Acomb Stakes fourth Humphrey Bogart too good at Doncaster earlier. Bay Mirage may get involved now handicapping after a second at Musselburgh.
