      In depth

      Verdict

Hayadh won this in 2019 from 3lb lower while Hartswood scored as a two-year-old here. The latter competed well in three York handicaps last summer and looked on the way back to form on ground softer than ideal at Doncaster. NUGGET (NAP) has an excellent record and, though up 5lb for his victory at this level at Newbury, looks certain to get competitive. Although beaten almost two lengths when third to Astro King at Nottingham earlier, he didn't get the run of the race and will be 3lb better off so can reverse the form and continue his progress. With his yard in outstanding form Tom Collins, who won a handicap for David Elsworth at Pontefract in October, can get involved while Acquitted reappeared with a tremendous run in the Spring Mile Handicap at Doncaster where he was caught in the final strides.
