A claiming hurdle to open the days proceedings and Celtic Son is selected to land this with Share My Dream and White On Black put forward for the placings. Celtic Son has never fulfilled his potential and a return to claiming company last time failed to yield success. Conditions on that particular day were bottomless but there is no avoiding he should have been winning that claimer with any amount in hand. He looked most unwilling in the closing stages with a high carriage but we are prepared to give him a second chance. Share My Dream is suited by the race conditions. Jimmy Frosts' charge landed a seller last time over the course. This is the grade in which he is most competitive and in receipt of weight from the majority of his rivals he should go close. White On Black appears in the grip of the handicapper and in this grade is sure to be thereabouts. A reproduction of his second behind stable companion Cockatoo would give the selection enough to do if he decides to think about it again today. If Celtic Son shows any glimmer of his former ability he should prove too strong for these and he is our selection.
