In depth

Verdict

Don't Panic was a decent miler on the Flat but his career over hurdles has had several false starts and he ran a shocker when favourite at Plumpton last time after a decent second over today's C&D. He could easily play a part but isn't one to rely upon while Roxane Bruere always seems to find at least one too good. Abbi Jicaro has had plenty of chances and Rolanta is little better than a plater while Whistling Senator failed to justify favouritism off today's mark at Southwell, though has more scope than most. A chance is taken on OSGOOD, who was closing down the leaders in that Southwell race when falling two out. Providing that mishap hasn't left a mark, he is worth another chance.
