Verdict

LADY MYFANWY, winner of this in 2009 and second to Cannon Bridge 12 months ago when Mad Victor was only fifth, should make another bold bid. She enjoys a big turnaround in the weights with her old rival this year and warmed up nicely for this with a comfortable defeat of Warsaw Pact between the flags earlier this month. Shouldhavehadthat won easily at Bangor last time and looks to be on the upgrade but the once-useful Hoo La Baloo didn't impress with his attitude when well beaten in a three-runner point-to-point at the start of the month and is probably best watched for now.
