    Verdict

Jay Are is flourishing over fences and Gary Moore puts up a 10lb claimer to help offset a big hike in the weights. Despite his welter burden, the six-year-old should make a bold bid to complete his hat-trick. Thomas Junior won well over hurdles at Exeter earlier this month and will be a threat if taking to the larger obstacles but THORESBY may be better treated. He had the disappointing Etania well behind when scoring at Leicester, where he was value for more than the winning margin having idled close home. Vujiyama is almost back on a winning mark but might be more interesting when the ground dries out.
