    Verdict

    A small field goes to post for this chase and it looks a match between Doberman and Fiery Peace, and we'll take a chance on the latter. The gelding from the Henry Daly yard is a scopey individual and he promises to be much better over fences than he was over hurdles. With this in mind he is taken to score on his debut over fences. Doberman has been in fair form over hurdles of late and if he reproduce his latest third behind Jonalton on his debut over fences he would be a danger to all. Royal Allegiance looks outclassed, so the confident vote goes to Fiery Peace.
