In depth

Verdict

Carn Rock won a novices' handicap over a longer distance here back in May but has a penalty to carry on his reappearance so might be worth opposing. Go Odee Go was only beaten half-a-length in a bumper at Fontwell in March so is one for the short-list while Seaviper won a bumper at this track last month and should be suited by today's longer trip. PERFECT POISON has already had four run over timber and was soon left behind at Uttoxeter last time. But this looks a bit easier and he could make his experience count today.
