This should be relatively straightforward for It's Wallace, with Lunar Lord and Forest Chief likely to chase him home. The selection should be capable of giving weight away all around based on his 11 length success in a Fontwell claimer last time out, which came after a three month break. Over this similar trip he looks to have a great chance of following up and with at least some form on softer ground we take him to score. Forest Chief has not won for three years, and is still a maiden over hurdles. This is his first start in Britain, having been campaigned thus far in his native Ireland, but he has shown up well in a couple of hurdles there in August and in this poor company he may just be capable of making some impact on ground that will not worry him. Of the others, Lunar lord makes some appeal based on his handicap hurdle third to Forbearing at Chepstow in April. The ground should also present no problems for him either, though he has not been in the best of form on the Flat of late and may struggle to make an impact on our selection here, and that is It's Wallace.
