Verdict

We end with a wide open handicap in which HIT THE SWITCH looks the best choice after his course and distance success last time with Convince and Transmission looking the main dangers. With an 100% course and distance record the pick got up in the closing stages of his latest attempt. The sand was running slow that day which makes his late success possibly worth a bit more and his four pound mark rise looks fair. Also up four pounds is Convince who dead-heated over a sharper trip last time. That day he stayed on strongly so should benefit for this extra yardage and he does go particularly well here. Transmission was back to form in a claimer on his last outing and looks fairly treated on his return to these ranks at his favourite venue while Camerooney should be capable of a challenge off this mark. Not the best race to finish off with but Hit The Switch looked value for his win last time and can go in again.
