        Verdict

        POWERED has made several forays to France and gone close on the all-weather at Deauville. He has every chance on today's terms with a bit to spare at the weights with Ginger Joe. The latter was well beaten in a handicap last time but should have the measure of Ada Misobel, still beaten six lengths despite finishing runner-up over 6f here a fortnight ago. The remainder are even harder to fancy unless Irish raider Muffin The Mule proves better than he has shown so far on the all-weather at Dundalk.
