      Verdict

Liberty Seeker is the one they all have to beat in this poor AW maiden. His run at Newbury last month was a fine effort (finished 3rd of 17) and shaped as though a step up in trip would suit. Provided he takes to the surface he is a confident TEAMtalk tip. Justbetweenfriends will need to put a poor run at Catterick behind him but the form of his debut run at Thirsk would be good enough to win the race. On his three-year-old form Clarice Starling would have an excellent chance but his only run this season was disappointing so he is best watched here. Sabeline is a consistent sort who can handle this surface. She has each-way claims. Classic Example would have to show the form he showed for previous trainer Ed Dunlop to have a serious chance here but he holds Justbetweenfriends on their Catterick run and that form received a boost on Saturday when Classic Role finished second in a much better race than this at Lingfield.
