In depth

Verdict

Centreofexcellence was pulled up on his reappearance at Ffos Las but has had wind surgery since and will strip fitter today. Kahdian was odds-on here at the start of the month but, after travelling strongly into the straight, didn’t get home and was overtaken for second by Mariners Moon. BELMONT JEWEL is 0-9 under Rules but has won a point and has only run once over fences so far. She returned to form over hurdles at Ffos Las earlier this month and is worth another try over the larger obstacles. Gin And Tonic has placed over fences but is better over timber.
