    Verdict

WATHEER carries a 5lb penalty for Friday's victory over 7f at Wolverhampton when making all. He's never run well here but this won't take much winning and a quick double looks on the cards. Avenue Of Stars has never run here and has changed stables while Deeds Not Words was having his first start on the track earlier this month and never got close enough to mount a threat. Runner-up that day was Puchita, who was only beaten a neck but she's 0-33 which hardly inspires confidence. Kommander Kirkup gained his last victory over this track and trip in 2018 from 12lb higher but Declamation's latest success came in a seller. Poppy May was a long way behind the selection at Chelmsford earlier this month.
