        Verdict

        An open finish to the card and the pin comes down on Sunshine Lady ahead of Little Firecracker and Silver Sprite. The handicapper has raised Sunshine Lady just one pound for her decent second to Elusive Lady last time out and Derek Haydn Jones will be hoping that this mark is a winnable one. That was her best run to date and if she continues to improve then we should see a prominent showing today. Little Firecracker has been well-held in two recent claimers at Wolverhampton but has been dropped a couple of pounds in the weights and that may mean that she is more competitive today. Silver Sprite represents a stable in good form but he needs to bounce back from a poor recent run, having run well at the track previously. At a price Fu Wa could run into a place and needs a good check in the betting, however we will tentatively return to Sunshine Lady for the winner.
