In depth

Verdict

DUBAI DIVA is tentatively forwarded as a worthy contender to get a win under her belt in this company. Bubses Boy and Tae Kwon Do are others that have hinted at ability, while Telling Stories coped reasonably well with a step in trip last time, so can be considered a threat in this most modest contest. The last named does need to post further improvement, though. Tae Kwon Do has finished third at Wolverhampton in her last two starts and seems to be better suited to more stringent tests of his stamina. However, he lacks a tactical change of gear and may find a few of the others again have more determination near the finish. Bubses Boy will strip fitter for his reappearance effort three weeks ago, so merits serious consideration. However, Dubai Diva looked to be crying out for a crack at this sort of trip last season and, as her hooves will hit the ground running when thrown in at this level, Chris Wall¿s filly gets the nomination for a sporting punt.
