Some Are Lucky was still eight lengths behind the winner when second at Musselburgh last month and MONKHOUSE looks to have the stronger form. The latter was placed behind subsequent Grade 2 novice hurdle winner Le Prezien at Ludlow on his hurdling debut and normal progress should see him go close. Sandygate was not beaten far the last time he competed in maiden company but Robinshill finished a distance behind the winner when he was second in heavy ground Haydock earlier.
