In depth

Verdict

Cape Of Storms left today's rival Sir Louis and the rest of the field trailing in his wake when winning here recently. He was allowed to make the running on that occasion and he could well follow up if unchallenged for the lead here. However, there is also a chance he could set the race up for ACE OF SPIES. Conor Dore's charge won off a higher mark over C&D in August and this contest could pan out in his favour. He gets the nod with Apache Ridge looking best of the remainder.
