In depth

Verdict

Tartatartufata could be the answer to this puzzle with Stolt and Godfrey Street sought as the dangers. Derek Shaw's representative made all to win at Wolverhampton last month and ran a perfectly sound race in trying to follow up. A middle draw may help this afternoon. Stolt put up his best effort for a while to finish fourth to Silver Prelude at Dunstall Park. He had bits and pieces as a juvenile and could be well treated these days. Godfrey Street does not look the best handicapped horse in the world but is fairly honest and workmanlike. He is sure to set up a blistering early gallop. Pawan spectacularly plucked defeat from the jaws of victory last week and looks fated to find at least one too good. Magic Glade won this race last year but has to bounce back from a surprisingly modest performance on his most recent start. Tartatartufata looks likely to be a decent prize and we shall side with him accordingly.
