Verdict

Developer may just prove too good in this handicap with Amber Glory and Glenbuck the most likely dangers. The selection lost no caste in defeat when a good third behind Egyptian Lord at Lingfield and with this extra furlong in his favour he is taken to lead them home. Glenbuck looks to be on a handy mark at present and he did nothing wrong when second behind Mambo Sun here. However, this drop in trip will not necessarily play to his strengths. Amber Glory was a good second behind The City Kid over this course and distance last time and a reproduction of that effort would give him a leading chance today. This is a tight affair but the narrow vote is for Developer.
