    Verdict

MOZAYADA looks to be ahead of the handicapper despite a 7lb penalty and can take this division of the 7f handicap, while Palais Polaire is an obvious danger. Mel Brittain looks to have found another decent opportunity for the selection, who was a comfortable scorer here over a mile on Monday. He announced then that the plan was to come straight back for this and the filly certainly looked to possess the pace for this trip so we will stick with her to follow up. Palais Polaire is a mare in cracking form, having won over this trip at Brighton in August before finishing runner up on her last three starts. She handles this surface and remains on a fair mark, though she does struggle to find a gear near the finish and that may again find her out. Zamalik tries the Fibresand for the first time and has the form to get involved if she handles the surface and can cope with a car park draw. Ugenius is just 2lb higher than his only win, which came over course and distance, and he went well enough last time to suggest he can have a say. Fantasy Fighter needs to prove he handles the surface and looks fully exposed, while Rosie Says No would be very interesting if supported on her Fibresand debut and the same goes for Optical Illusion. Mozayada gets our vote here.
