Verdict

A maiden winner on the Flat at Hamilton, Cottesmore makes his hurdling debut on his return to action. He's sure to be a popular choice for his in-form yard but MINGUN BELL could prove better value. The latter is rated higher on the Flat than the likely favourite and could make a bold bid on his hurdling bow. Audacious swerved and unseated his rider at this track on his first attempt over obstacles but Bertie's Desire is getting steadily closer and could be thereabouts along with Midnight Thomas.
