    Verdict

FIDUX has a touch of class and is well enough handicapped to go close in a race like this if ready after his summer break. The mare Solstalla is usually thereabouts while Shining Romeo was third at Plumpton last month, though has done all of his winning so far over hurdles at Huntingdon. Haafapiece hasn’t sparkled on the Flat since winning off a 12lb lower mark at Worcester and it’s even harder to recommend Old Salt and Forecast.
