        Verdict

        Sir Geoffrey is a prolific course winner and had Lucky Mark back in third when scoring here in January. He could go close but Monsieur Jamie has done all his winning over 5f to date. Captain Scooby has just the one win in 38 starts on the all-weather but was not beaten far at Wolverhampton last time while Perfect Peak went close over 5f here in between a couple of poor efforts over 6f. HARWOODS STAR won twice on the Fibresand last year before scoring at Epsom. Only 2lb higher than his latest success, he gets a speculative vote.
