    Verdict

Grange Lili is taken to gain her hat-trick here at the main expense of Rebel Duke. The selection won well last time out at Wolverhampton but has winning form here and must be fancied to defy a 6lb penalty for her last win. She gave away several lengths at the start that day but finished to good effect and as a filly in form, she must be accorded due respect. Rebel Duke drops back to the minimum trip today and should go well. He may make a bold bid to make all and looks progressive, whilst Diminuto and Hereford Boy both have winning course and distance form so must be respected in this small field. Perlachy makes up the field but is winless in 14 attempts, so for the winner we will stick with the in-form Grange Lili.
