      In depth

      Verdict

Busy Man gets a narrow vote in a wide open handicap, Zorn and Prince Of Gold appear to be the main rivals. The John Jenkins trained seven-year-old has been in decent form of late, finishing third behind Tamagin, before an unlucky effort in a better race won by Meditation. He is well drawn this afternoon and if he gets the run of the race this time he will be hard to beat in this company. Zorn steps up in trip following some decent efforts over six furlongs and can't be ruled out of his current mark. Prince Of Gold is the most consistent of performers and put in another solid effort behind the progressive Desert Lover last time. The handicapper is not releasing his grip on Reg Hollinshead's runner but he could still be capable of reaching the frame. The pick of the others could be Gem Bien, but if everything drops right today Busy Man can collect.
