Verdict

ERADICATE was put in his place by Al Ferof and company in a Grade 1 at Sandown last month. There doesn't look to be anything of that calibre in this, however, and Nicky Henderson's useful novice should return to winning way with David Bass claiming 3lb. Kudu Country would almost certainly have won at Haydock last time had he not fallen four out and can make a race of it with the selection, while Ski Sunday was a useful hurdler and should prove a lot better than he showed over the larger obstacles at Exeter in November.
