Verdict

Elhamri and Prince Of Vasa have both been successful in lower grade events over C&D recently and will find this more difficult, while Mazovian has been well beaten in a couple of starts since scoring over 7f here in February. Mata Hari Blue scored over C&D early last year but is 16lb higher today having subsequently won twice on the turf and Rowan Spirit's last good effort was back in November when he finished second to PUNCHING. The latter can race off the same mark today and, as the multiple Fibresand winner usually runs his race here, Conor Dore's sprinter gets the vote dropping back down in grade today.
