Verdict

Serena Brotherton won a division of this a year ago for Ruth Carr and the combination's Amazing Blue Sky is likely to attract support despite a strike-rate of 1-22 on the all-weather, though he's won nine times on Turf. But he finished four lengths behind KYLLACHYKOV when the latter was runner-up to Different Scenario here last month and there appears no real reason for a form turnaround. Hopefully the seven-year-old can get Rebecca Bastiman's training career off to a flying start. Cherry Tiger gained his only success to date over a mile here in December then appeared to resent first-time blinkers on a return visit. Angelena Ballerina has won on the track in the past but she's been badly out of form in four runs this winter. Monzino has won here and the experienced Alice Mills will ensure he gets a good ride.
