Verdict

DEISE VU is back on the mark off which he was successful in this 12 months ago. Though pulled up behind Alys Rock at Worcester in June, he was more like his old self last time at Stratford and a repeat could be on the cards. Another course and distance winner, Stormbay Bomber, hasn’t threatened since a second at Sedgefield in May but is still preferred to Cillian’s Well at the weights, even though the latter has had just the one run over fences so far.
