In depth

Verdict

Bulberry Hill is preferred to Red River Rebel and Dan's Heir. Bulberry Hill dotted up in banded stakes grade and while the drop in trip is a bit of a worry, this race does not look to be much better than that affair. Red River Rebel has won since that meeting and it would be no surprise to see him run well. Paul Mulrennan maintains the partnership. Dan's Heir has been hurdling without too much success although Pat Haslam's stable have sent out a couple of winners of late so any market interest is noted. Isa'Af is something of a professional loser whilst Mossman Gorge has often been supported at longer odds but has failed to deliver when it mattered. Bulberry Hill could still be open to a little more improvement and a chance is taken in an uninspiring event.
