Verdict

Belle West won over hurdles here in July but ran poorly at Cork last month. Le Hachette, a winner between the flags, made all for an easy victory in a Ballinrobe maiden hurdle and has continued to run well over timber. Shimmer And Shine made a reasonable chasing debut in a similar race to this at Roscommon though Ar Eagla Na Heagla made a better start on the same track though didn't improve on the run at Kilbeggan. She's Made It has been consistent over hurdles without winning but her pedigree suggests she'll do better over fences though MOSKOVITE was better than these over hurdles. Denis Hogan's mare will love the conditions and can make a successful debut though Lucky Phil has been placed six times over hurdles and should get into contention if taking to the bigger obstacles.
