Verdict

Sheila's Empire is only rated 48 but ran well in a Catterick handicap last month while But I Like It was placed twice at this level for Joseph O'Brien. Grove Hill makes a quick reappearance after a poor run over 1m6f at Galway on Sunday while Bruinneall was beaten a long way in a Ballinrobe handicap last time. The latter ran well over the course and distance in June and could prove a threat though the vote goes to COMMANDER for the in-form Denis Hogan. He finished close behind stable companion Eastern Racer in a Ballinrobe claimer but has a weight advantage here and both arrive from running at Galway last week.
