Our Girl Lucy had little chance against the odds-on Jacksonslady at Killarney but jumped well in the main and should have no problems taking care of Carrig Cottage, who was beaten 11 lengths into third. RISING TIME finished runner-up on her chasing debut before falling at the first on her next start. She reverted to hurdles with a hard-fought victory at Listowel, where the heavy ground was in her favour, and can follow up in similar conditions. Fearnwood Girl has disappointed over fences but has come up against some smart opposition while point-to-point winner Lillymile should be better suited by fences than hurdles, even though she did win at Ballinrobe in August. Madame Mado is a decent hurdler but may just need this after an absence since April.
