Supreme Lass, Sara Monica and Lady Janal are the main protagonists in this Novices' Hurdle, and Sara Monica is given the tentative nomination. The mare from the Len Lungo yard won well over course and distance last time out when defeating Supreme Lass and although she is worse off at the weights here she won with a shade in hand and is taken to confirm her superiority over that rival. Lady Janal was third in the same race but needs to improve to reverse placings. The remainder have shown very little and are readily opposed so for the winner we return to Sara Monica who still has plenty of scope for improvement.
