Verdict

Stonific was second to a nice prospect here on his hurdles bow but was then beaten out of sight at Southwell. Fingal D'Arthel won over 1m4f in the French provinces and is jumps bred but IRISH ODYSSEY probably deserves another chance having been held up off the pace at Carlisle. He would have finished closer but for a late blunder. Jabbaar could easily play a part if taking to hurdles given he was rated 90 on the Flat at one time, though it’s a long time since he’s won a race.
