In depth

Verdict

A seller in all but name. Topweight Silvertown has always been held in high regard but looks opposable on the surface. Right is respected from the Ginger McCain team. She handles the surface and put up a career best to be second to Croker at Bangor last time out. Brooksby Whorlton has been put an amazing 18lb for a neck win. The switch to Geoff Harker may have revitalised him but the handicapper has done him no favours. Denarius has ability but probably still needs to drop a few pounds in the handicap before we see him in the winners enclosure. Recent selling grade winner, Copplestone would probably have needed it faster to show his best form. King's Country is given the tentative nod for the finale. Norman Mason's representative was a recent winner at Leicester in similar conditions and has a reasonable previous record around course and distance.
