    Verdict

Late Date won over track and trip back in November and can effectively race off a lower mark today with a conditional’s allowance taken into account. Putdecashonthedash has been creeping closer and is another to consider but it could pay to stick with ASK PADDY. The latter has won both starts at Catterick since cheekpieces were applied and Sam England’s charge is taken to defy a penalty in this. Benarty Hill also scored at Catterick last time when Lord Brendy was well beaten while Veauce De Sivola should be sharper for a recent outing and could go well off his current mark.
