Verdict

Lord Caprio won on good ground on his hurdling debut at Hexham in June but was beaten 20 lengths under a penalty at Uttoxeter later, though didn’t run badly on the Flat last month. Chica Buena has changed stables since winning a Ballinrobe maiden on her fourth run over timber and also carries a penalty. THE LINCOLN LAWYER became disappointing on the level but kept on for pressure when second on his first run over hurdles at Huntingdon and could go one better today as June’s Curragh winner Remmy D was beaten in a seller on his first run for Roger Fell.
